Cut Sheet Instructions and General Information:

  • Print the form.

  • Put a checkmark by what you want. If you only want a few of a certain cut, indicate how many you want.

  • Anything not checked will be used towards your ground, except organs (liver, etc).

  • Any cut not listed, write what you would like on the sheet in “additional instructions” - please note, specialty cuts are subject to additional processing charges up to $2 per lb.

  • You can email the sheet to hamptonmeatprocessing@gmail.com, bring it with you when you drop off your livestock, or call us and we can fill out a form by phone. Please note that if you want any of the organs kept from your animal, we need to know PRIOR to your slaughter date.

  • It is the farmer/producer’s responsibility to ensure Hampton Meat receives processing instructions within 2 days after dropping off your animal. If instructions are not received within 2 days of slaughter date, it will be subject to “butcher’s choice” on how it is cut, and will be processed and charged as USDA Inspected.

  • If dropping off after hours, leave the cut sheet instructions in the red box attached to the livestock pens.

  • Please ensure your cut sheet indicates identification of the animal (tag number, color, etc). This makes sure the right cut sheet goes with the right animal. Back tags are available in the red box attached to the pens if your animal is not tagged.

  • 1/4’s and 1/3’s must be cut the same. There is an extra charge for this service.

  • Meat needs to be picked up with 5 days of when we notify you of it being ready. If meat is not picked up within 5 days, there will be a $10 per day assessment added unless agreed upon prior.

  • See “Processing Prices” tab for pricing information.
