  • General Processing Info

    We are proud to be a USDA inspected facility and want to offer more of those services to our farmers and customers. All animals will be slaughtered under USDA inspection. You can elect for USDA inspected processing as well, if you choose.

    We need all cut instructions when you drop off your animal. Many customers want the organs (heart, tongue, etc.) and if we don’t know at time of kill, we are unable to keep those items for your animal. If instructions are not received within 2 days of drop off, animal is subject to be processed as a butcher cut and will be processed as USDA inspected.
